E-Commerce Specialist

 Position: E-Commerce Specialist

Job Duties: To help maintain a Shopify website and e-commerce platform from scratch, including:

• Know basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other relevant web design coding languages
• Create and test applications for websites
• Collaborate with others
• Present design specs
• Troubleshoot website problems
• Maintain and update websites
• Monitor website traffic
• Stay up-to-date on technology
• Implement third party apps/plugins
• If time permits, process online orders including shipping

Required Qualifications: Seeking an individual who is highly detail orientated, self motivated with attentiveness to deadlines, and a thoughtful problem solver is required. The applicant should have experience in web design and development and be able to provide a portfolio of past work, demonstrating a skillset to meet the outlined job duties. Life experience counts.

Preferred Qualifications: Currently degree seeking, degreed individual with strong writing skills are a plus! The ability to write web copy, proof content, and demonstrate creative word-smithing will certainly rise your application to the top.

Pay Range: Dependent upon experience
